Alexis Heard was born and raised in Nashville, TN. She has a background in interior design. Her crafting started from being curious about reusing items that would be sitting around. This looked like creating a lamp shade from scrap bike material and expanded into fashion jewelry out of beads and fabrics from a reusable perspective.
